Javier H. Castillo, Esq.

Mr. Castillo has been an attorney for twenty years in California, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, civil litigation, estate planning and probate. He has helped thousands of California families get relief from debts, represented them in business disputes, assisted them through divorces, custody battles, support issues, accidents, and injuries, and helped them plan for their futures.

Mr. Castillo is a Veteran and former U.S. Army Paratrooper who served in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm from 1990 to 1991. He received an Honorable Discharge from the Army in 1992 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from The University of California at Berkeley in 1998. He continued his academic pursuits and earned a Juris Doctor Degree at the University of California, Hastings College of The Law in 2001. Mr. Castillo was then admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. He is also admitted to all of the District Courts in the State of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Castillo is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his wife Maria, watching Major League Baseball, and helping needy families.
